I have sold and installed many of these boards, and have never had a problem with one yet. It is made by Asus (ASRock and Asus are the same company), and is a very stable board.
Yes, it does have both PCIe and AGP. The only caution is that the AGP will not accept older generation cards. The one you use should pose no problems at all.
And there is an upgrade card available, that will aloow this board to be upgraded to use the new AM2 processor, and DDR2. The upgrade CPU card runs around $50 (USD). If you ever plan on upgrading the board to AM2 and DDR2, I suggest you get the upgrade card now, since who knows what the availability of it may be in another 6 months.
